Jack Sommer, a senior at Wheeler High School, was involved in a short intern program through the Porter County School system. He interned at Buchertech during the month of May, where he did some minor hardware repair and software installation.
Sommer interned under the guidance of Justin Cross, an Associate Systems Engineer at Buchertech.
"The internship process was fun for me," Cross said. "Jack asked a lot of questions, and I got to talk with him about a lot of things that I normally wouldn't on a day to day basis. I would definitely do this again."
