The Inaugural Emma’s Footprints Golf Outing was an Ace in the Hole

The Course at Aberdeen was green and purple on July 12. The inaugural Emma’s Footprints Golf Outing took place there, raising awareness on precious premature infants and raising funds to help Emma’s Footprints continue to send care packages to families with babies in the NICU.

The day began with a rousing game of golf, a scramble to be more precise. Four-person teams competed for prizes like a chance to win a trip for two to Hawaii, a chance to win a NEW car, chances to win iPads, PLUS the Designer Desserts cupcake will be there with treats, and that's just for the golfers!

"We are so thankful for everyone who came out to The Course at Aberdeen and Aberdeen Manor on July 12th to support Emma's Footprints. This was a fun filled and amazing event thanks to the golfers, dinner guests, and especially all of our generous sponsors. We have been shown such love and compassion in our community through our journey, and for that we will be forever grateful," Amelia Kowalisyn, founder of Emma’s Footprints said.

Dinner, dinner, and a silent auction at Aberdeen Manor. Guests ate, drank, and were as merry as could be thanks to the addition of a lively DJ and a photo booth. With the silent auction guests had the chance to win items like signed Chicago sports memorabilia, hotel stays, a romantic ride on a sail boat, Oakley sunglasses, and more.

The winning team from the Emma's Footprints Golf Outing: Michael Hill, Kevin Tran, Trevor Nightingale, and Jon Antos!
